Meet Our Staff

Andrea R. Zych, Senior Executive Recruiter
Andrea Zych worked for a national retail pharmaceutical company before joining L. J. Kushner and Associates, in 2004, as a Researcher and Recruiter/Trainee. Ms. Zych also worked in Public Relations for both Rutgers University and a not-for-profit organization prior to joining the company. She attended Douglas College at Rutgers University where she was awarded a BA in Communications, in 2004.

Jenifer Tsang, Executive Recruiter
Jenifer Tsang joined L.J. Kushner in August of 2006. Prior to joining LJK, Ms. Tsang was employed in the medical field, as well as for a large office supply distributor. Ms. Tsang also worked as an undergraduate research assistant for Rutgers University in the Behavioral Pharmacology Lab. Ms. Tsang graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a specialization in Behavioral Neuroscience.

Eli Kramer, CFO and Co-Founder
Eli Kramer is a co-founder of L. J. Kushner and Associates and serves as the firm's Chief Financial Officer and Operations Director. Mr. Kramer has been a principal in real estate development companies since 1976, constructing over six thousand units of housing and several hundred thousand feet of commercial space. He is the president of a Central Jersey Management Co., a real estate management and development firm.

Mr. Kramer serves on the Board of Directors of KarismaTech, Ltd. (Jerusalem, Israel) and as Chairman of Screenboard Technologies, Inc. (Morganville, NJ). Both firms are high-tech firms dealing in proprietary computer technology.

Mr. Kramer has an extensive Banking and Financial background and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Sun National Bancorp (NASDAQ-SNBC), Vineland, NJ. He has also served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Community Bank of New Jersey, Freehold, NJ; as a Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Colonial State Bank in Freehold, NJ; as a member of the Real Estate Advisory Board of The National State Bank, Elizabeth, NJ; and as a member of the Board of Directors of Sovereign Community Bank, Freehold, NJ.

Mr. Kramer received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science from Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken, NJ.

Judith Blitzer, Office Manager
Judith Blitzer joined L. J. Kushner in 1999 and serves as both Office Manager and Accounting Department Supervisor. Ms. Blitzer has enjoyed an extensive career that spanned from Banking to Construction to Real Estate. Ms. Blitzer was the executive assistant to a major NJ home builder for almost ten years and has held a Real Estate license since 1996. Ms. Blitzer has received continuing education in basic computer skills which she utilizes to manage the company's databases and accounting department. She majored in Business Administration and received her Associate of Applied Science degree from Brooklyn College, Brooklyn, NY.
